How to use: Make a healing tea by taking 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Ginger Honey and stirring it into 1 cup of hot (but not boiling) water. Drink as is or add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the cup.
Drink 1-2 cups daily.
To get the most benefit out of the turmeric always pair your turmeric tea with a healthy snack containing at least 5 grams of fat to help you absorb the fat soluble nutrients in the turmeric. Adding a dash of black pepper also helps increase the absorption of turmeric. I personally like to have a handful of walnuts or a spoonful of coconut manna with my turmeric tea.
Can be stored at room temperature. Use within 3 months.
